Fall 2025 Knitting Retreat

at the Town and Country Inn and Resort in Shelburne, New Hampshire

Enjoy the picturesque surroundings or explore New Hampshire as you receive personalized instruction for the knitting project of your choice, including customizing for a perfect fit.

Donna Kay - Tree of Life Designs will be guiding us through the Cove Palisades sweater by Kay Hopkins (in Elsbeth Lavold Silky Wool or Malabrigo Arroyo), or the shawl by Stephen West called the Dotted Rays Shawl (in Wonderland Yarn “Madd Hatter" a sport/DK weight on #6 needle).

Your choice of another sweater or shawl is certainly an option!  has selected a sweater. You also have the option of working on something you have underway and want Donna’s help to move forward. Bring a couple of projects that need a little clarification!

The retreat is limited to 12 students. The retreat runs from Sunday to Wednesday, and costs $675.00 plus the cost of your room, meals and yarn. Bring your spirits of choice and anything else that will make you comfortable. There are no refunds or store credit.

HOTEL INFORMATION

Please make your reservation directly with the Town and Country Inn and Resort at 603/466-3315 .  Mention the Lamb’s Ear Yarns retreat. The room rate is $200/night which includes all meals, NH state room rate of 8.5% and all gratuities.

Reservations at the hotel should be made ASAP. To register for the retreat, make one check for the retreat portion and one check for your yarn purchase made payable to Lambs’ Ear Yarns by October 1st. There is no refund if you cancel after October 1st.

If you cancel your hotel reservation more than 14 days before arrival the hotel will refund your deposit minus a cancellation fee for $35. Cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded.
